The incumbent in the position assists the Training & Quality Manager in managing the training and development function of the hotel for all staff in order to meet the strategic business objective.协助培训与质量经理完成酒店内所有员工的培训及发展,以符合酒店发展的需要。Key Responsibilities
1. Develop training plans for hotel-related modules and monthly training plans. 制定酒店相关模块培训计划和月度培训计划。2. Track and evaluate the training effect and make improvements. 跟踪评估培训效果,进行改进。3. Report the implementation results of hotel training to the superior leaders on schedule. 按期向上级领导反馈酒店培训实施结果。4. Communicate with relevant departments to obtain the assistance needed for the training work. 与相关部门进行沟通,取得培训工作所需的协助。5. Approve and revise various training materials; Be responsible for the implementation of employee assessment work. 审批修订各种培训教材;负责员工考核工作的实施。6. Be responsible for frequently visiting departments to understand their training needs and put forward feasible teaching suggestions. 负责经常深入部门,了解部门的培训需要,提出可行性教学建议。7. Be responsible for the liaison and organization of various teaching activities. 进行各项教学活动的联络组织工作。Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
1. Be capable of daily communication and translation in English. 能够进行英语日常沟通及翻译。2. Be familiar with the patterns, characteristics of employees and the procedures of job training. 熟悉员工规律、特点和岗位培训工作程序。
3. Understand the requirements for the service work norms and quality standards of hotel staff. 了解酒店员工的服务工作规范和质量标准的要求。
4. Proficient in operating computers and office software. 熟练操作电脑及办公软件。
