We are looking for a talented Total Product Support (TPS) Engineer to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Install base support for HVM at key customers
- Field escalations, overall escalation process owner
- Quality issue and FA follow-up, overall process owner
- Install and Qualification management for HVM First in Fab tools, overall process owner
- Customer BU contact for hardware / SW issues
- Initiate CIP projects to engineering for continuous improvement of our products
- Develops strong trust relationship with key customer
- Feeds relevant information back to the engineering teams: Installed base performance data, Required improvement projects (CIPs)
- Develops procedures and documents best known methods for service, preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
- Detailed Reporting of field issues for new products in the field
- Develops critical spares parts lists for new products, ensures initial stocking levels are set and ready for new product shipments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering discipline
- 5+ years of relevant experience preferably in PECVD/PEALD process equipment in semiconductor equipment manufacturer.
- EPI, Etch is also considerable
- Business level communication skills in English.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Depending on the product development cycle travel ranges from 25% to 50%
- Basic understanding of semiconductor processing and device fabrication.
