Your day to day
Operational & Process Support
• Provide day-to-day support for hotel-level P&T systems and tools (e.g., O365, MyID).
• Monitor and assist hotel-side P&T initiatives to ensure operational consistency.
• Continuously optimize workflows based on evolving business needs and strategy.
Project Planning & Execution
• Collaborate with sponsors to define project charters, success metrics, and milestones.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans in partnership with stakeholders.
• Lead regular project meetings, track progress, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Identify risks and issues, escalate with mitigation plans when needed.
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Communicate plans, roles, and expectations clearly to stakeholders and working groups.
• Coordinate across functions as the key point of contact for issue resolution.
• Cooperate on workstreams with business teams to deliver functional solutions.
What we need from you
College or above Diploma in Business, Project Management, Economics or related discipline
At least 3 years of experience in project management or consulting in professional services, hospitality or FMCG industries
Project Management
- Solid understanding of project management processes, methodologies, and tools; hands-on experience in project delivery is preferred.
Analytical & Logical Thinking
- Strong logical thinking and the ability to present ideas in a clear and structured way.
- Numerically sensitive and able to connect details with the bigger picture.
Industry & Business Awareness
- Familiarity with the hospitality or FMCG industry at a macro/strategic level.
- Basic understanding of independent advisory and corporate strategy
Communication & Collaboration
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
- Good communication and pressure resistance ability, with certain management and coordination ability
- Strong partnership mindset and stakeholder management skills across functions
