岗位目标: 满足工程师测试需求；确保满足实验室日常金相检测的需求，包括安全，质量、速率等。
JOB PURPOSE: Satisfy the engineers' testing needs; Ensure the safety, quality and velocity requirements of daily laboratory testing.
岗位职责:
JOB DUTIES:
1. Comply with the safety regulations and precautions of service venues, be able to identify safety risks, and make suggestions for safety improvements.
遵守岗位安全规定及注意事项，能对岗位安全风险进行识别并提出改进建议。
2. Be familiar with the principles of metallographic examination and sample preparation requirements, Inspect and receive samples according to operating procedures and standard requirements, record and report quality issues.
熟悉金相检测原理及样品制备要求，按照操作规程和标准要求验收金相检测样品，记录并反馈质量问题。
3. Operate the equipment in accordance with equipment safety operating procedures and standard requirements, perform preparation work such as mounting and polishing on metallographic samples.
按照设备安全操作规程及标准要求，进行金相样品制备工作。
4. Be familiar with metallographic testing standards, operate metallographic testing equipment for testing, record the test results, and issue metallographic testing reports. Including: iron testing, steel testing, heat-treated parts testing, gear testing, SEM, etc.
熟悉金相检测标准，操作金相检测设备进行检测，并记录检测结果，出具金相检测报告。包括但不限于：铸铁检测、铸钢检测，热处理零件检测、齿轮检测、扫描电镜等。
5. Report any abnormalities during the testing process, including: equipment, samples, environment, etc.
报告检测过程中的异常，包括但不限于： 设备、样品、环境等。
6. Management of metallographic examination samples, including: storage, disposal, retesting, etc.
金相检测样品管理，包括但不限于：储存、报废、再检测等。
背景/经验:
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
1. Understand the safety regulations of Caterpillar.
了解卡特彼勒的安全文化和要求。
2. Proactive and enthusiastic about work.
积极主动，富有工作热情。
3. College degree or above, 3 years work experience or above.
大专及以上学历，3年以上工作经验。
4. Understand the common equipment, processes, methods and standards for metallographic testing (ASTM, GB, ISO, etc.)
了解金相检测的常用设备，流程，方法及标准（国标、国际标准、美国标准等）
5、Good consciousness of 5S & TPM.
具备良好的5S和TPM (全员生产维护) 理念
This position requires the candidate to work a 5-day-a-week schedule in the office.
