Responsibilities
1.Technical Design & Adaptation
Conduct material selection and structural calculations based on project parameters (pipe diameter, burial depth, geological conditions) to ensure compliance with standards.
Evaluate on-site conditions (e.g., underground utility distribution, traffic constraints) to develop localized construction plans.
2.Customer Technical Support
Address technical inquiries from municipal authorities and contractors regarding CIPP material performance and construction processes, providing solutions aligned with local engineering practices.
Lead on-site technical briefings to train workers in equipment operation, curing control, and core procedures to mitigate project risks.
3.Quality Management & Feedback
Monitor critical construction phases (e.g., resin impregnation, positioning, steam curing, spiral winding, pulling) and perform quality inspections with formal reports.
Collect post-installation feedback, manage complaints, and coordinate sample production for R&D optimization.
4.Cross-Department Collaboration
Support sales teams in technical marketing, providing data for tenders (e.g., material durability test reports).
Develop multi-language training materials and conduct workshops (theory + field practice).
5.Client Relationship Management
Represent NordiTube in project meetings, resolve technical disputes, and maintain client relationships.
Qualifications
Education：Bachelor’s degree or higher in Civil Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage, or Materials Science.
Experience：
1、in municipal pipeline engineering, trenchless rehabilitation, or civil materials application.
2、PMP/PE license preferred; familiarity with construction standards.
Core Competencies
Technical Skills
1、Proficiency in AutoCAD, MIDAS for pipeline stress analysis.
2、Knowledge of material testing methods (e.g., flexural strength, chemical resistance).
Soft Skills
1、Excellent cross-functional coordinationwith design institutes, contractors, and regulators.
