Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join our team, focusing on implementing and interpreting Group Staff Screening Policy. The successful candidate will play a critical role in partnering Talent Acquisition stakeholders in region / country as per defined operating model, to support the growth and success of our Talent Acquisition division.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Facilitate & Manage GSSP Screening / Rescreening process for new hires (full time employees) and Regulated & Regime roles.
- Perform Background screening operations as per GSS Standards.
- Align to HR Risk target operating model.
- Engage with vendors & stakeholders on a day to day basis as per the Business requirements
- Adhere to 100 % TAT on the tasks assigned as per the agreed SLA
- Comply as per the agreed Groups risk parameters & BCST controls
- Build risk vigilance to ensure all regulatory requirements are duly met inclusive of variation across markets.
- Work closely with County Internal teams to deliver and streamline processes end-to-end. Collaborate effectively to identify inefficiencies and process gaps for improvement.
- Perform Descriptive, Diagnostic and Predictive analysis on Discrepancy.
- Manage HR projects and support technological enhancements as per group standards and local country requirements
- Ensure updated POI is referred for all the processes and followed strictly with data protection approach and protocols.
- Handle and resolve complex screening scenarios and escalations and where necessary reach out to relevant candidate/business to gain full understanding of challenges.
- Train new joiners on the process and ensure seamless transition and execution.

Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on T&O or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of T&O sectors.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
EDUCATION Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
