Key Responsibilities
- Working with sales on pricing quotation and system input; Tracking the changes monthly/quarterly/yearly to make sure all prices are under control
- Responsible for mastering data management and maintenance
- Supporting business sales contract review and keeping a good file
- Assist Sales Manager/Business Director for Sales measure relative procedures, follow up routine reports
- Significant processes follow up, Such as. customer internal transfer, customer file management/credit term review
- ECC management
- Administration/ document supporting for commercial team
- Collaborate with project team support data/process migration and conversion to implement SAP
Qualifications
- Bachelor or relative degree, good oral and written English, perfect office software implementation (Excel/PPT/BowerBI)
- Good communication and coordination skills, ability to manage stakeholders across different functions
- Strong ownership, proactive in resolving issues independently.
- Above 3 years related work experience
- SAP system background
