Sr Quality Control Supervisor

As a Sr Quality Control Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will lead and inspire a dedicated quality control team, providing clear guidance, mentorship, and support. You will help to shape and maintain our organization's commitment to exceptional quality standards.

You will report directly to our Director, Quality Engineering and you’ll work out of our Zhangjiagang location on an on-site work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the quality control function by ensuring that our products consistently meet and exceed industry standards, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and driving operational excellence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage the quality control team, providing strategic guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Oversee the testing of catalysts and adsorbents, ensuring adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Develop and implement robust quality control test methods to uphold the highest standards.
• Coordinate testing of production, supplier, and development material to maintain customer delivery schedule.

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance.
• Proven success in leading and managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of quality control principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with statistical analysis tools and techniques.
