About the Role
Be responsible for compensation and benefit administration and assisting in HR related programs and activities whenever necessary.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily operation of stock, restricted stock plans and stock options, ESPP annual enrollment, stock tax, regulatory filing, annual declaration and related transactions
- Sort out the process of stock to form a written operation guide
- Responsible for the daily communication and data disclosure with the tax bureau, the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and the bank
- Responsible for total rewards and benefit communication.Improved the satisfaction of employees' compensation and benefit through the production of new communication methods
- Assist in the daily operation of a branch of the Group, such as legal person change, business license management, related party transactions, fee payment and outsourcing service management, to ensure its normal operation
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above degree, major in HR management is preferrable
- At least 3 years’ compensation and benefits work experience, equity operations knowledge and experience are preferrable
- Proficient in English writing
- Strong communication skills
- Self-motivated, creative thinking, attention to detail, work under pressure, team player
