Job Description GBS Procurement OPS offer procurement operation service. APAC team support APAC region, mainly focus on Great China, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, etc. For this role, will mainly focus on following activities of Japan: Supplier on-boarding & Supplier maintenance. To be the coordinator support on new supplier registration process via global and local system. Such as Ariba, AX, etc. Review and check supplier documentation. Maintain supplier master data. Offer training service to supplier. Purchasing to order. To be the PR assistant and work as a checker to do quality and compliance review for purchasing requisition, verify documentation and create the purchasing order. And support on Contract/service order, Outline agreement and Spot Purchase Order set up in different systems. Draft related working instruction and procedure. Assistant on related procurement system setting projects. Data management and reporting. Maintain PO log, support regional procurement team to do data analysis and reports. Communication and training. Chat and communication support in local language. Build the relationship between local user and Global team. Basic Qualifications: First level university degree or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. 3~4 years experience in Procurement Operations, Customer Service, system operation or share service center. Language Fluency in both written and oral Japanese and English. Professional Skill Requirement Treat people sincerely, work initiative seriously, full of professionalism. Good communication and interpersonal skill. Skills and experience in handling issues. Strong skills in Microsoft excel. Be patient and careful on data management. Knowledge and experience with SAP, Ariba and AX2012 is plus. Sense of efficiency, urgency, and priority. Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment.
