Your Responsibilities

• Prepare and update business cases based on latest market conditions.
• Timely and accurate business case reports.
• Prepare and present MTP.
• Timely submittal with accurate plan that reflects latest market condition and cost structure.
• Simulate NPV/returns on investments for GB/SB decision-making.
• Accurate calculation of investment returns.
• Thorough evaluation on risks and opportunities.
• Manage / support special controlling projects. On-schedule, high quality project execution.
• Work closely with BU Controlling on post calculations of projects vs. business case.
• Accurate and thorough analysis.
• Work closely with the Plants to gather latest business assumptions and scenarios.
• Robust business case scenarios compiled and presented for decision-making.
• Develop with good operation and controlling knowledge and professional attitude.
• Professional and knowledgeable team.

Your Profiles

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience.
• Controlling experience in relevant manufacturing environment a plus.
• Good communication skills.
• Project management knowhow.
• Expert knowledge of systems & tools (SAP, HFM or BPC, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong logical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in team environment, flexibility and stress – resistance.
• Independence, willingness to learn and take challenges.
• Educational background in accounting or finance (min. Bachelor).
• Good command of English.
