Your mission will be to lead the local project or participate the divisional global project, research the competitive supplier to build the stable supply chain.
你的任务是领导本地项目或参与部门的全球项目，研究有竞争力的供应商，以建立稳定的供应链。

岗位职责包括但不限于：
1. Sourcing projects management and implementation in Wuxitec 主机采购部门项目管理和实施
2. Global coordination between Wuxitec Sourcing and Airtec headquarter 主机采购部门与研发总部之间的全球协调
3. Actively build effective cross functional relationships and processes with engineering, quality, operation, process, and financial accounting. 积极与工程、质量、运营、工艺和财务会计建立有效的跨职能关系和流程。
4. Project management to ensure sourcing is an integrated part, at an early stage of every project 进行项目管理，确保在采购能够介入每个项目的早期阶段。
5. Key sourcing commodities marketing research 关键采购品类的市场调研
6. Prices and commercial conditions negotiation with supplier 和供应商谈判价格和商业条件
7. Cooperate with supply chain improvement engineer to find the opportunities to optimize the supply chain. 与供应链改进工程师合作，寻找优化供应链的机会
8. Support SQA and Production team to implement the supplier’s quality and logistic Performance 支持 SQA 和生产团队落实供应商的质量和物流绩效。
Competence and qualification
岗位任职能力与资格要求：
- Multi-culture working environment experience, at least 5 years project and sourcing working experiences in manufacturing enterprise, cross-functional department working experience will be a plus. 具有多元文化工作环境经验，至少有 5 年制造企业项目和采购工作经验，有跨职能部门工作经验者优先。
- Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical engineering, business administration, international trade or related area. 本科或以上学历，机械工程、工商管理、国际贸易或相关专业。
- Good negotiation and analytical skills, strong commercial background 良好的谈判和分析能力，较强的商业背景
- Strong collaboration skills and business ethics 较强的协作能力和商业道德
- Innovative and result driven 富有创新精神，以结果为导向

- Good command of English language both oral and writing, as well as computer skills. 良好的英语口语和写作能力以及计算机技能。
