Key Responsibilities
1.Conduct in-depth research on the pain points of dyeing factory users, such as delayed order flow and low color repair efficiency, and design software functional modules based on process output and formula control
2.Output product prototypes and specialized format documents, lead process software development, and assist the team in developing some formula functions
3.Lead the architectural design of textile process software (such as integrated ERP/MES systems), ensuring data connection with X-Rite hardware (cyclometers, spectrophotometers)
4.Drive product iteration based on user feedback and industry trends (such as the demand for sustainable dyeing)
5.Collaborate across departments, link up product teams, application teams, sales teams and customer application experts to formulate product training and promotion strategies
Background and Skill
1.At least 3-year experience in B2B industrial software products experiences and familiar with textile printing and dyeing processes (such as pre-treatment, dyeing, and post-finishing) or color management standards (such as Pantone, CMC color difference formulas).
2.Experience in process software development (such as PLM, SCADA), with knowledge of data tools like SQL/Python being preferred.
3.Have clear logic, which can balance technical feasibility (such as algorithm complexity) with user experience (such as the operational habits of frontline workers).
4.Proficiency required for oral and written English.
