Your Role: Own the Challenge/Take on the Journey
- Assisting front end sales by preparing the spare parts quotations.
- Supporting the bidding preparation by applying for stamping/approval process.Maintaining the daily use of major spare parts bidding platforms.
- Planning and preparing for office events and administrative work, such as meetings, customers visiting.
- Assist sales manager to organize internal/external seminar/event.
What it takes to Run what runs the world
- Bachelor Degree or above, prefer background in Electrical Engineering/Automation.
- Strong learning ability to understand different electrical and automation products
- Fluent in written English, be able to communicate with colleagues/customers through email
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
