Who are we looking for?
Provides general Technical Support to PCB/FPC customers, which includes recommend product operating parameters; troubleshoot bath/process/consumption issues. Support sales to develop new business and meet the growth requirement of the company.
What will you be doing?
- General line audit and improvement.
- Troubleshooting of Bath Issues and Process Issues.
- Consumption analysis and improvement.
- Market and customer information collection.
- Trial of Established or New Products.
- New line implement and relative assistant.
- Assist all relatives to the sales to get a new customer.
- Perform new staff technical training.
- Assist QC/QA to deal with the customer complaint.
- Assist chemicals delivery for emergency required.
- Performs other work-related duties as assigned by the manager.
Who are You?
Education and language requirements:
1. Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
2. More than 3 years of experience with PCB /FPC industry, ENIG preferred.
3. Have basic reading and written English ability.
