In this role, you will:

- Contribute to the effective support of production services.
- Contributes to operations and technical support of IT systems.

- Controls the incident and problem management process of production services.

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above
Two to five years relevant experience
Experience
- Practical experience in delivering small scale IT Operations programmes and projects
- Good knowledge of IT hardware, software, operations and networks
- Basic understanding of a data centre environment
Skills
- Have good knowledge of the project lifecycle
- Effectively co-ordinate delivery of services by his/her team under constraints
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Good people skill, communication skill
