Primary Purpose of Job
Understand the market access strategy of LC portfolio and drive business growth by accelerating product access and eliminating access obstacles.
(Major functions of the position)
- Understand the market access dynamics and assist to develop access strategy and plan for LC portfolio to drive business growth.
- Develop and implement business model innovative projects and market access projects that are in line with access strategy.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with market access departments and other brand relevant departments.
- Maintain good engagement with KOLs, and other target regional key customers.
- Work together with sales force, and provide clear direction as well as timely support for sales team.
- Seamlessly collaborate within the marketing team, advocate continuous improvement and best practice sharing.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor degree or above
- Market access experience is preferred
- MNC background
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience of Marketing/Sales, at least 2 years experience of pharmaceutical product management
- Market access experience is highly preferred
- Good communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English (oral and writing)
- Strong Project Management capabilities, self-motivated and results-driven
- Strong execution capability, strong cross-functional communication
