Job Description:
Responsibility：• Responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions and defining solutions to problems through reasoned application of information technology.• Partner with Large MNC Account Teams as Lead Technical Architecture resource• Serve and participate as Technical owner during complex network transition implementations• Make presentations to the customer and groups for network transition designs• Design, develop, document and analyse overall network architecture• Determine integrated hardware and software architecture solutions that meet customer’s performance, usability, scalability, reliability, and security needs.• Provide Tier 4 level technical support on design related issuesJob requirements：• Minimum Skills – Technology on LAN/WAN, IPAM, Load Balancer, Packet Analyzer(Packet & Flow Capturing)• Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Technical, Engineering, Information Technology, etc.• Possession of a Cisco certification such as AIS/ASE/MASE/CCIE /PCNSE/ CCSA• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in L3/L4 network Support, Change and Problem management, Proven ability in learning and upgrading new technologies/technical skills• Good English communication skills (written and oral)At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
