- Daily line support, provide immediate technical support to resolve mechanical and electrical issue on the instrument assembly production line, ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining production efficiency

- Develop and maintain documentation, including work instructions, troubleshooting guides, and technical reports 开发和维护文档，包括工作指引、故障排除指南和技术报告
- Partner with the Development team to support the introduction of new products (NPI) by providing input on manufacturability and design for mechanical structures 与开发团队合作，支持新产品引入（NPI），并就机械结构的可制造性和设计提出意见
- Coordinate with the Quality team to ensure all mechanical and electrical components and systems meet regulatory and safety standards 与质量团队协调，确保所有机械及电气组件和系统符合法规和安全标准
- Train production staff on proper handling and troubleshooting of mechanical structures and related components 培训生产员工，确保其正确处理和故障排除机械机构件和配套组件
Qualification任职资格
- Requires conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines要求掌握自己学科中的概念和实践专业知识以及相关学科的基本知识
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.机械工程、电气工程或相关领域的本科或本科以上学历
- Experience in the production and manufacturing of centrifuges or similar products. Familiarity with brazing technology.有离心机或类似产品的生产制造工作经验。了解钎焊技术
- Extensive experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving in centrifuges and ultracentrifuges production environment.在生产环境中处理离心机和超速离心机问题方面有丰富的经验
- Strong knowledge of the principles, mechanical structures, and electrical control systems of centrifuges and ultracentrifuges 熟悉离心机和超速离心机的工作原理、机械结构和电气控制系统

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for medical devices 熟悉医疗器械行业标准和法规要求
