Job Responsibilities:
Collaborate effectively with all Product Managers, Design and Engineering teams and leadership, plus other leaders across the company to get things done and proactively resolve problems.
Coach those on your team to effectively communicate and collaborate.
Provide and solicit constructive actionable feedback to and from your direct reports.
Identify areas for development for PMs and create actionable plans to help them improve.
Support the professional growth of your direct reports through regular mentoring and guidance.
Set a high bar for PM performance, ensuring direct reports set and meet ambitious, impactful company and career goals.
Understand our market strategy and how it relates to your product area.
Create and leverage customer insights to anticipate future product needs or opportunities.
Effectively define product research to uncover insights that drive product strategy.
Coach your team to ensure they are anchoring decisions effectively in research.
Ensure team internalizes the market strategy.
Provide high-quality product feedback to increase pod focus on delivering market impact.
Ensure product strategy is planned and phased in a clear and coherent way.
Ensure that direct reports are well-supported to deliver roadmaps that drive product strategy.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
10 years of relevant experience
