WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an experienced Senior End to End Studio Integration Manager with deep knowledge across the whole production pipeline, from brief to delivery.
The ideal candidate will:
- Possess project management expertise across all production service classes, focusing on e-commerce and premium storytelling, with a track record of delivering campaigns on time and on budget, whilst finding efficiencies to elevate visual and narrative impact.
- Be a guardian of Nike’s brand standards, ensuring every output reflects our commitment to innovation, quality, and authenticity.
- Leverage a global mindset, collaborating across geographies while embracing local market nuances to deliver hyper-localised content.
- Be an accomplished communicator and a people first leader, bringing together internal and external business partners and team-mates to deliver projects at scale.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As Senior End to End Studio Integration Manager, you will be responsible for overall management of all projects moving through the studio. You will manage timelines and gates, to find synergies and efficiencies through all workstreams.
You will:
- Oversee a master schedule ensuring all projects complete and deliver on time and on budget
- Set a new bar for premium content while ensuring scalable workflows and assist in maintaining efficient practices to meet daily production demands.
- Champion innovation, by testing and adopting cutting-edge tools and techniques, including machine learning, AI and automation, to enhance both quality and speed.
- Establish and maintain seamless collaboration between production, creative, and post-production teams.
- Focus on enhancing cross functional team strengths in QA and stills production
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will report to the Director of Studio Post Production ICON.SH and collaborate with:
- Studio leadership across Production, Creative, Studio Integration, and Business Planning.
- Internal cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Marketplace, Business Affairs, Legal, Finance, HR, Procurement and Technology.
- Global counterparts within the ICON.Studios network.
WHAT YOU BRING
- 8+ years of project management expertise with particular experience in managing complex workflows at scale, especially in e-commerce and fast turnaround content.
- Deep experience of quality assurance, stills and video production for e-commerce
- Proven ability to deliver premium brand content while managing high-volume demands.
- 4+ years of leadership experience, with a track record of managing successful teams.
- Advanced knowledge of the whole production process from brief to delivery and everything in between.
- Experience driving automation and adopting innovative technologies to enhance workflows.
- High attention to detail and a passion for maintaining brand consistency across all deliverables.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, adapting to new challenges and opportunities.
- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across global and local teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred.
