He will responsible for 19 appointments and take lead with 2 Assistant managers and 1 Management Surveyor. As this workload of this vacant position - Senior Manager is large who need to take care many clients, hiring this candidate can release the workload of existing 3 team members to handle operation issues. The position is a replacement and reimbursable.

He will responsible for :

• Manage all aspects of the operations and facilities across a portfolio of multiple buildings, ensuring seamless coordination and operational excellence.

• Drive comprehensive tenancy management processes, including strategic lease negotiations, timely renewals, and cultivating strong tenant relationships for long-term retention.

• Develop and implement data-driven business plans (including detailed capital and operating expense budgets) that align with institutional clients' objectives and reporting requirements.

• Supervise the technical team to ensure consistent maintenance standards across all properties in the portfolio.

• Produce sophisticated financial analyses, comprehensive performance reports, and actionable insights tailored specifically for institutional client review and decision-making.

• Negotiate and manage service contracts with vendors across multiple locations to achieve economies of scale.

• Implement robust financial controls across the building portfolio, ensuring accurate tracking of all revenue streams and expenditures.

• Lead and develop on-site property management teams across multiple locations.

• Coordinate capital expenditure projects across different properties simultaneously.

• Implement standardized systems for the comprehensive tracking of tenancy services, rent collection, and occupancy metrics across the entire portfolio.

• Leverage industry best practices and market intelligence to maximize portfolio performance for institutional clients.
