Job Description:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and minimize costs
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to prepare required stock in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team for initial orders, seasonal orders and B2B orders, serving as the gatekeeper for new orders
- Arrange and conduct Planning, Sales, Inventory (PSI) meetings with Marketing and Sales Teams to ensure sales forecasts align with the business plan, facilitating timely and accurate ordering processes
- Provide superiors with comprehensive figures and information to aid in inventory forecasting (OTB), inventory control (phase in/out, dead stock) and project implementation
- Monitor import/export functions and the performance of outsourced warehouses
- Control warehouse and logistics expenses to maintain a healthy logistic flow
- Evaluate logistics service providers, negotiate contracts, and establish strong relationships to ensure cost-effective and reliable logistics services
- Ensure logistics processes align with audit requirements
- Lead a team of logistics, providing guidance and performance feedback to maximize their potential
Job Experience and Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or relevant disciplines
- Minimum of 8 years of work experience in supply chain and planning, logistics and warehouse operations
- Strong strategic planning skills to develop and execute logistics strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Strong analytical skills with numeric/business sense to analyse logistics data, identify trends and patterns, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in MS office applications (esp. Excel) and SAP system
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good interpersonal and effective communication skills to interact with internal and externals parties
