Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Set up hospital access strategy and action plan for each brand base on their brand strategy;
2. Study relevant policy of hospital access and make corresponding countermeasures;
3. According to the new product business needs, select suitable customer projects to participate in the sponsorship;
4. Keep communication with the institutes and sales colleagues regularly, summarize the project progress, and ensure the efficient execution of key customer projects;
5. Visit key customers frequently and efficiently to build good relationship;
6. Assist sales colleagues in hospital access work, provide proactive and active assistance in key customer communication;
7. Collect feedback from key hospital decision makers in time and provide improvement suggestions for sales;
8. Hold regular communication meetings with Sales, Marketing and Business teams to share information and work progress;
9. Maintain cooperation with Sales, Marketing and business teams to support bidding, hospital access, total volume control and other related work. Especially in terms of communication with hospital leaders.
Experience and Competency Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in management, economics or supply chain management specialty are preferred, and MBA preferred;
- A minimal of two years working experience in a foreign firm or five years working experience in key account management;
- Excellent communication, planning, coordination, organizing and conclusion ability;
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills;
- Collaborative and able to put resources together to strive for excellent result;

主要职责
1. 每年根据品牌策略制定品牌医院准入策略和实施计划;
2. 研究医院管理相关的政策并确定相关对策;
3. 根据各产品的特点,选择适合的大客户项目参与赞助;
4. 定期与学会、销售同事保持密切沟通,总结项目进展,确保高效执行关键客户项目;
5. 高频率、高效率拜访关键客户,与客户建立良好关系;
6. 协助销售同事在医院准入工作时,在关键客户沟通方面给与主动,积极的协助;
7. 及时收集重要医院决策者的反馈信息,并适时的为销售提供改进建议;
8. 定期与销售、市场及商务同事召开沟通会,共享彼此信息和工作进程;
9. 与销售、市场及商务的同事紧密合作,在招标、准入、总量控制等事宜,在医院决策者方面,予以协助;
经验与能力要求
- 本科及以上学历, 医药相关,管理、经济或供应链相关专业优先,工商管理硕士优先;
- 3年以上外企管理经验或者5年KA管理经验;
- 有出色的沟通、计划、协调、组织和总结能力;
- 出色的人际能力及影响力;
- 较好的合作能力,善于整合资源并追求卓越;
- 符合吉利德价值观.
