Mission of the Role:

Schematic design base on the requirement.

Support the Layout engineer to complete the PCB design.
-
FCT test and function debug with SW.
-
The project function can meet target.

Component select and e-Bom cost control
Key Objectives of this Role:
-
Develop industry-leading targeted attributes for EV power electronics;
-
Lead architecture development and key component design for power stage and control electronics;
-
Create and execute innovative designs and processes in all aspects of power electronics products;
-
Engage with industry and academic consortiums and conferences to promote Visteon’s technology positions and build a talent pipeline.
Qualification, Experience and Skills:
-
BS in EE or related field with equivalent experience is required;
-
Experience with ACDC,DCDC converters simulation, schematic capture, and layout;
-
Experience with Flyback, LLC, PSFB etc .topology and PFC design;
-
Demonstrated capability in creating and executing innovative ideas in converter design and/or in relevant technologies mentioned above;

Hands-on electrical hardware testing/debugging capability;
-
Good communication skills; verbal and written with global cultural sensitivity ;

Ability to work within a constrained deadline (quotes are tightly time bound);
-
Self-motivated with ability to lead a global team toward a common goal;
-
Power electronics background.

Experience with EMC debug

At least 5 years power electronics design(above 3KW) experience
