Work you'll do

- 负责研究和开发GenAI相关产品，紧跟行业前沿技术。
- 与AI应用开发团队合作，将研究成果转化为实际应用，推动AI技术的产品化落地。
- 深入了解业务需求，与业务团队紧密合作，提供AI解决方案，帮助优化业务流程和提升用户体验。
- 有优秀开源项目贡献、实际业务场景经验者优先。
- 较强的自驱力，时刻关注AI领域的最新研究动态和技术发展趋势，不断探索和推动最新技术的落地。

We are looking for someone with
【技能要求】
- 计算机、统计学、数学或相关领域的研究生及以上学历，具备扎实的NLP和大模型理论基础。
- 对GenAI有相关研究经验或实际项目经验，对大模型预训练、RAG、Prompt工程等有丰富的实践经验和持续研发能力。
- 熟悉OCR，对文本处理、富文本识别和文档信息提取有相关研究或实践经验。
- 熟练使用Python，熟悉TensorFlow、PyTorch或其他深度学习框架，有较强的coding能力。
- 熟悉Function Call、MCP协议，对构建Agent有相关的研究或实际项目经验者优先。
- 对多模态大语言模型、语音识别、文本转语音以及数字人等相关技术有研究或实际项目经验者优先。
- 较强的自驱力，优秀的沟通技巧，积极参与团队合作。
