About the job
The Secretary to Director of Food & Beverage will be responsible for managing the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage's schedule, planning and organizing inter-departmental meetings, creating PowerPoint and Excel documents as needed, and supporting the Food & Beverage and Culinary management team as needed.

As Secretary to Director of Food & Beverage, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Answer telephones, send faxes and correspondence.

- Maintain the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage's calendar and all appointments.

- Maintain the office correspondence in a proper and sequential order at all times.

- Maintain all menus and Food & Beverage collateral throughout the hotel.

- Take the minutes of all meetings and ensure proper follow up and follow through with the necessary updates.

- Prepares the presentations and other documentation required for the office.

- Handles all the Guest comment analysis and correspondence that goes with it.

- Handle reservation for VIP's when necessary.

- Extensive filing required.
