Job Description
- Review contract, monitor contract & document administration to ensure corporate policy is followed.
- Track deposit & payment to ensure funds are paid or received timely, pricing & settlements are performed properly.
- Monitor shipment, delivery, documentation, license & permit to ensure loading/discharging/delivery are operated smoothly.
- Maintain system data entry and ensure info is keyed in timely and accurately.
- Check documents and ensure documents issued timely and presented cleanly.
- Review operation status, analysis potential risks and generates reports to managers & platforms.
- Assist in analysing operation procedures or new projects to support business development.
- In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following:

• Interact professionally with co-workers, Company business associates and the general public;
• Work together in a cooperative spirit to serve the best interests of the Company;

Qualifications
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong practical accounting, analytical and organizational skills
- Knowledge of commodity trading practices, terminology and settlement process
Experience (including number of years)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proficiency with MS Word and Excel
- Accurate data entry skills and strong documentation skills
- Ability to work independently or in team situation
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines
- 3+ years related experience in contract/ shipping, delivery / documentation /settlement.
Education
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field
Languages:
- Be able to use English fluently for business communication during daily work.
