- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead follow-up to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of new and existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and key performance objectives set by sales management.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and requirements to effectively present and demonstrate our products and services as valuable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with 1-3 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role.
- A strong track record of achieving sales targets, with excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
- A highly motivated, goal-oriented self-starter with a passion for sales and a relentless drive to succeed.
- Proficient in using CRM system and the Microsoft Office Suite. Must be organized with strong time-management skills.
