The resort enjoys the tranquillity of a 1.2 km nationally protected coral bay and is spread out over 12 hectares of lush tropical bloom overlooking the warm, soothing waters of the South China Sea.

About the job
The purpose and task of the position is to always keep in mind the needs of the customer and carry out the tasks of the marketing and sales department.
The main responsibility is to achieve the room night target in the sales plan and the catering target in the banquet sales.
职位目的与任务是时刻牢记客人的需要并贯彻执行市场销售部的任务。

As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for the following duties:

- Assist the Team in all tasks within Sales & Marketing

- Support company’s philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences daily to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.

- To ensure that Mandarin Oriental, Sanya’s grooming and appearance standards are implemented and maintained to reflect an image of professionalism and care.

- To carry out annual appraisals and regular feedback on development on all colleagues using the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group Performance and Development System PROFILE.
通过文华东方酒店集团表现和发展系统给所有员工执行年度考核和定期的发展意见
- Assist in the establishment and enforcement of group sales proposals and communication standards.
协助制定会议报价并按照合格的标准与客人沟通
- Conduct regular sales activities to business association, PCO, repeat and prospective clients.
对企业，会展公司，回头客人/公司及潜在客户中进行定期销售活动
- Conduct site inspections for and entertain existing or prospective banquet business decision-makers and end users.
对活动决策者及最终用户进行酒店考察和宴请
- Coordinate closely with and provide detailed information to the operations team to enable the operations to “look after” the client effectively while the group is in-house.
与运营部门保持紧密配合，并提供详细的团队信息以保证执行部门可以有效的跟进在店团队。
- Focus on forward selling and maximization of available space more than three months out to achieve high yield room business.
专注于预售及三个月以上可卖房间/会议场地的利润最大化
- Develop a strong repeat business base and constantly source for new business.
建立稳定的忠诚客户基础并不断寻找新的客户
- Share leads and assists with the Sales Department.
共享团队信息并协助其他销售同事
- Promptly pass leads on regional and / or international business to the respective RSOs.
及时与区域销售/RSO共享团队信息
- Ensure all accounts and contacts profiles are properly maintained in the Fidelio Delphi Sales & Catering and sales activities reports and tracing system are implemented on a timely manner.
保证所有的公司信息/联系人资料/销售报告/跟进过程及时的录入Fidelio Delphi系统中
- Attend and participate in sales and business development weddings.
参加销售会议
- Submit sales production and lost business reports.
提交产量及丢失生意报告
- Provide feedback on relevant trends, competitor pricing, creative concepts and any other information that will contribute toward the achievement of departmental financial and hotel objectives.

- Perform any other reasonable duties as required by the department head.
