Sales Engineer-HVAC

1.Generate and develop relationships with new and potential customers in the assigned territory
2.Sales Channel development and management
3.Responsible for developing the Hydronic related business(Main products: Balance valve, Control Valve, HVAC Substation Unit, Heat Exchanger) and promote Danfoss system solution in HVAC marketing at addressed region or vertical industry, achieve sales target assigned
4.To provide, within a given framework, a report on sales activities in the responsible application to sales manager
5.Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions . Implement and manage project changes
6.Build and maintain high-quality internal relationships across the organization, work effectively with internal 7.stakeholders to deliver best customer experience.
8.Collect market, customer and competitive insights and share to the stakeholders.

1.Bachelor degree in HVAC or Thermal Engineering
2.Over 5 years of project sales experiences
3.Skills in customer communications and presentations
4.Good English skills in reading and writing
5.Initiative and strong motivation, communication skill, teamwork spirit
6.Can work under pressure and frequent business travel
