- Own full P&L accountability for the regional PA business, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies aligned with divisional objectives to exceed financial targets.
- Translate divisional goals into actionable plans, ensuring team alignment and tracking performance.
- Effective cost management and develop growth initiatives to maximize operational efficiency and market share.
- Owns reporting to track all key sales metrics and pipeline management
- Responsible for top customer satisfaction and their continued development
- Maintains granular understanding of regional top customers requirements, trends, risks, opportunities and satisfaction level
- Intensive partnership at all levels with top customers and internal resources to identify customer needs and trends at an early stage to create business opportunities
- Secures that top customer’s voice is heard and shared within the rest of the PA organization and incorporated in strategy and product development
- Work cross functionally with manufacturing to help with customer opportunities, resolve issues, planning, etc.
- Work closely with marketing and communication to support development of sales strategies, tools and tactics to drive sales
- Support and pro-actively enable sales activities, help to facilitate or open sales opportunities
- Provide vision and leadership, empowering organization to take full functional responsibility and ownership for performance and results
- Implement and use NBS Next within the region and coach regional employees and managers in the elements along the change curve
- Set best in class examples for regional team in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits
- Develop and manage the regional team to meet/exceed sales goals and profitability
- Responsible for overseeing performance management, talent development, I&D and training process of the regional PA organization
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the sales teams

- Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Marketing
- MBA is a plus
- 10+ years experience and deep understanding in sales and management within industry
- 10+ years experience in leadership roles with a focus on managing high performing international teams
- Track record of delivering ambitious results
- Extensive business to business sales/distribution experience
- Comprehensive change management experience
- Experience and proven track record with top customer/contract negotiations
- Willingness to travel and work with a global team of professionals
- Strong customer passion and selling skills required to identify and close opportunities
