Description and Requirements
岗位职责：
1. 设计和规划机器人，智能设备等系统架构，包括软件架构，应用程序、驱动程序和操作系统的集成
2. 主导机器人软件系统的整体架构设计，构建分层模块化框架（感知层、决策层、控制层）,指导团队核心功能模块开发
3. 评估操作系统，算法库及模型方案的开发框架, 主导运动控制、SLAM、路径规划等核心算法模块的技术方案系统整合，参与核心算法的实现与优化
4. 主导技术预研与原型开发，领导跨团队攻克关键技术难点，并输出可落地的技术分解方案
5. 跨团队协作合作搭建robot 验证体系及评估标准，编写架构设计文档、接口协议及代码开发规范，完善研发在robot 领域的开发体系规范。
岗位要求：
1, 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
2, 精通C/C++/Python，熟悉Linux系统开发，掌握ROS/ROS2等机器人中间件；
3, 具备复杂系统架构设计经验（模块划分、接口设计、性能优化）；
4, 3-10年机器人/智能硬件领域经验，有量产产品开发经验者优先； 能与硬件、算法、产品团队协同，推动技术方案落地；
5, 了解SLAM、多模态AI、边缘计算等前沿技术，能探索其在机器人中的应用
6, 对新市场动态有兴趣和了解，对相关的创新有很强的兴趣。良好的英语沟通能力，能够进行跨区域，跨文化交流合作。
7, 有强的团队合作意识和创新思维，有一定的抗压能力。
