AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. We leverage deep expertise in China’s equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep’s global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns.
岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 业绩归因分析（Performance Attribution）
- 构建多因子归因模型（Brinson-Fachler/Carino等），拆解投资组合超额收益来源（择时、选股、行业配置等）；
- 定期生成基金/账户级业绩归因报告，识别策略有效性（如量化指增产品的风格暴露偏差）；
- 开发动态归因工具，支持投资经理优化组合调整（如行业轮动信号验证）。
2. 风险建模与敞口管理（Risk Modeling & Exposure）
- 主导VaR（历史模拟法/Monte Carlo）计算与压力测试，设定风险限额阈值；
- 监控组合行业/风格/流动性敞口（BARRA/中信风格因子），预警偏离度（如成长股暴露超基准15%）；
- 开发集中度风险仪表盘（个股/衍生品头寸占比、保证金使用率）。
3. 实时风险监控（Intraday Risk Surveillance）
- 部署实时风控系统（与OMS/PMS对接），触发止损/降仓预警（如单日回撤超2%）；
- 监控异常交易行为（闪崩股联动性、流动性枯竭指标）。
任职要求 / Qualifications
硕士以上学历，金融工程/统计学/计算机相关专业，CFA/FRM优先；
3年以上买方/卖方量化分析经验，熟悉国内量化私募风控体系；
精通Python（Pandas/Numpy）、SQL；
对市场极端行情敏感（如2015年股灾/2020年原油宝事件复盘能力）；
能承受高压环境（如季末规模变动期7×16小时监控）；
具备跨部门推动力（协调IT部门优化风控及系统延迟）。
绩效评估标准 / Performance Indicators
归因报告准确率（策略收益解释度≥90%）；
风险预警时效性（重大风险识别早于市场波动1小时）；
系统自动化覆盖率（80%以上监控指标实现实时计算）。
