Position Summary
This position is responsible for performing inspections throughout the manufacturing processes for medical devices. Performing required inspection activities to support technology transfer, continuous improvement, and other duties as assigned by the QC supervisor.
This position is reporting to QC Lead.

Job Responsibilities
This position is responsible for the following:
- Responsible for inspection throughout the manufacturing process including incoming inspection, in-process inspection, final inspection and release.
在产品制造过程中实施检验，包括来料检验，过程检验，成品检验，以及相应的放行活动。
- Use various tools and methods (visual, dimensional inspection) to perform product inspections according to documented inspection plans and procedures.
按照文件要求，通过不同的方法（如目视检验，尺寸测量等）实施检验。
- Identify conforming and non-conforming parts during inspections. Responsible for identifying and logging defects on products and escalating for resolution.
检验过程中有效区分合格与不合格品，并进行相应的记录和报告。
- Strictly follow medical device GMP and GDP requirements.
严格遵守医疗器械GMP和GDP要求。
- Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others, including maintaining a clean and safe work area.
严格遵守工作安全要求，并负责保持安全干净的工作环境。
- Take other tasks assigned from management team.
承担管理层指派的其他任务。
Qualifications:
- Minimum high school
至少高中学历
- Have more than 3 years of quality inspection experience, prefer to be in medical device.
不少于3年的质量检验工作经验，医疗器械行业为佳。
- Basic knowledge of machining process and know how the product realized during machining process
了解基本的机加工过程，知道产品通过何种加工方式实现
- Can read and interpret product drawing, basic knowledge of GDT. Experienced in the use of conventional means of control (calibrated gauges, hand tools, microscopes).
能够阅读和理解零件图纸，GDT基础知识。能使用常规量测工具，如千分尺，游标卡尺，量测显微镜等。
- Can read basic English words.
能够理解基本的英文单词。
- Work different shifts, probably OT, and work under pressure
