Job description：
- Coordinate testing resources, facilitate cross-project collaboration, and drive the implementation of quality culture.
- Lead test solution design for complex projects (functional, performance, security, compatibility, etc.).
- Plan the selection and upgrade of testing toolchains and tech stacks (e.g., automation, performance, security tools).
- Conduct online feature inspections, analyze root causes of production defects, and refine test strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Continuously optimize workflows and documentation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a related field, with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
- Know in at least one high-level language (Java/Python).
- Familiar with the full software life-cycle process, including requirements analysis, test planning, and test strategy formulation.
- Capable of independently executing product testing, writing test reports, and analyzing test results with statistical insights. Experience in optimizing testing processes and improving software quality.
- Agile team experience, with a focus on monitoring and enhancing delivery performance and efficiency.
- Security testing experience, including knowledge of XSS attacks and SQL injection.
- Familiar with Linux commands and Kubernetes operations, with extensive SaaS cloud experience.
- A structured analytical working style and the ability to concentrate and very good solution orientation
