About the role.
As the food safety and quality manager of the factory, the position is responsible for the establishment, implementation and continuous improvement of the food safety and quality management system, ensuring that all products comply with national laws and regulations, customer standards and company's global standards. By developing and implementing a food safety and quality culture, implementing full-process quality management, and continuously improving to meet quality standards and continuously enhance customer satisfaction.
Accountabilities:
Quality system management and compliance management
- Establish and maintain a preventive quality management system and continuously improve it. Comply with BRC, HACCP, KEFSQ, and the customer's requirements for quality management.
- Lead internal audits, external audits and customer audits, and promote the continuous improvement of factory quality.

Daily management
- Lead the factory team to formulate and implement annual quality targets and strategies.
- Identify risks that may be triggered by internal and external changes, issue early warnings, be responsible for quality risk assessment, organize risk prevention and control plans, and implement them.
- Supervise the full-chain quality control of raw material acceptance, production process, finished product delivery, and transportation to ensure compliance with national standards, customized standards and enterprise standards.
- Deviation investigation management, identifying and effectively controlling potential non-conforming products, and avoiding the recurrence of problems through root cause analysis and corrective and preventive measures.
- Quality management, capacity building, auditing and evaluation, and continuous improvement of warehousing and logistics.
- Cooperate with sales to manage customer relationships, act as a quality liaison window for customers externally, effectively manage complaints, receive customer flight audits, and promote continuous improvement both internally and externally.
Team development/cultural building
- Cultivate and enhance the capabilities of the quality team to create a high-performance team
- Enhance the quality capacity of the factory, raise the quality awareness of all staff, and create a food safety quality culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in food Science, chemistry or related fields.
- More than 5 years of quality management experience in the food industry and more than 3 years of team management experience
- Familiar with food-related laws and regulations, well-versed in quality management systems such as FSSC22000/BRC/HACCP, with experience in establishing and operating such systems. Familiarity with the quality standards of QSR customers is preferred.
- Cleaning and disinfection & hygiene engineering design capabilities, familiar with AIB review standards
- Ability to analyze and solve problems, proficient in using quality management tools (such as SPC, FMEA, etc.)
- Sensory assessment ability
- Good communication skills
- English reading and writing skills
- Be independent and capable of handling things independently
