About the job:
- Manage the development of the new projects following the 5 Phase development process.
- Provide ECP after received NPP, and arrange PPA review.
- Arrange P1-P5 phase internal and sign off review, make sure P2 and P4 on time.
- Delivery each phase deliverable before phase review.
- Take actions to make sure each phase KPIs are met.
- Be the contact point for Product Management Team, cross functional team and external customers
- Monitor and control the compliance to required KPI (time, cost, quality) as well the risks of assigned projects and create project reporting to the management team.
- Devise preventative and corrective action plans in cooperation with other team members, where necessary, including acting as a first point of escalation for Management.
- Accomplish other tasks assigned by superior.
About you:
- Bachelor/PMP certification better to have
- Good at projects management, at least 5 years project manage experience 善于项 目管理, 至少5年项目管理相关工作经验
- Know mechanics design, Materials & Electricity rules 了解机械设计，材料和电子原理
- Fluency English language, can hold meeting with foreign colleagues and customers 英语流利, 能主持与国外同事和客户的会议。
