This level of work applies to time served (apprentice or in-role) operating (but not interrogating/programming) high complexity or quality critical processes under clearly defined production processes and procedures. Focuses on daily and weekly activities. Performance of multiple activities specific in objective and content.
- 遵守公司员工手册及各项规章制度。
- 遵守安全生产规章制度，安全操作使用的设备。积极参与公司安全检查、安全培训以及安全会议等。
- 执行公司质量体系要求的各项内容。
- 根据产品的技术数据，向仓库进行领料，核对、签收。
- 根据涂覆作业的流程，规范及工作指令单，使用相关精涂机、干燥炉、煅烧炉组成的流水线以及其它辅助设备，对载体进行催化剂涂覆生产出符合产品规范的合格产品。
- 在生产过程中，根据程序要求对产品进行在线检查，并提取样品供质量部门检验。同时要对每一个样品作好跟踪记录。对每一个流水线下来的产品都要进行认真和细致的质量检验，并做好记录。
- 监视生产设备仪表上的数据，发现异常情况立即向生产领班汇报。
- 对生产流水线下来的产品进行装箱，计数和贴标签，栈板打包等工作。
- 根据生产的需求，利用车辆设备等在生产区域内移动原料，半成品和成品。
- 清理和保持工作区域的场地清洁，物品堆放整洁。
- 在工作区域内，按照要求完成机器设备的自主保养。如需要，在职责内配合维修人员维修和保养设备。
- 完成生产主管分配的任务。
- 在合理的指导下，承担员工技能和能力范围内的其他职责。
