In this role, you will manage a functional QA team focusing on iPhone/iPad and ecosystem hardware centric system software validations and tests iPhone/iPad and ecosystem products, including Scenarios, Stability, compatibility and Interoperability in high quality standard. We may expect you to have excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Mandarin. You may have a good background in Quality Assurance as functional QA lead or team manager.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading/managing system software QA team for NPI program.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, lead multiple sub functional teams and delegate effectively.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience defining and leading consumer device user scenarios study and test development from both global and China perspective and software automation development.
- Strong coding skills with extensive experience in Python for test automation. Technical knowledge of key system components - Display, Camera, Battery, Touch, Sensors, Audio as well as mobility OS and ecosystem.
