Procurement Program Manager
Your role
Mission: Being responsible for the procurement program, you will have deep insights on procurement processes, tools, principles and best practice in order to enable us to track and support the procurement development and ensure business success. - Taking the end to end ownership and responsibility of the purchase to pay process with an ultimate accountability for product companies in Industrial vacuum and Scientific vacuum as customer and business value delivered.
- Defining the procurement compliance strategy together with stakeholders and support in creating and developing processes to ensure supply chain compliance in all applicable regulations. Including but not limited to trade compliance, chemical compliance, BCOP, sustainability compliance etc
- Create and facilitate digital procurement transformation from aligned prioritized key improvement areas, built on true insights, supported with well-structured business cases and report progress, tracking impact. Including but not limited to supplier portal (E2L), contract database etc.
- Continuous improvement and high development efficiency for reporting development
- Seek to standardise, integrate and continuously improve cooperation between divisional product companies.
- Work closely with IT IS and Key users’ group to make sure the SAP system development are fulfilling business demands.
- Facilitate calibration of decentralized processes and make sure standards from integration of new acquisitions.
- Actively contribute in procurement development strategies.
To succeed, you will need
- Demonstrated experience of managing successful implementation of projects in an international organization
- Track record of finding true insights, creating alignment and implanting business changing digital developments
- Minimum 5 years of experience from a similar role with procurement background and agile working processes
- Strong knowledge of purchasing processes (PtP) preferred
- Bachelor’s or Master´s degree
- Proven ability and experience with driving transformation initiatives in large multinational organizations in relevant industries
- Strong ability to unify people around a common process, orientation and solution
- Holistic knowledge of program management and best practice approaches
- Curious and willing to taking initiatives with high energy
- Self-driven, autonomous and results oriented
- A good negotiation skill set
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent command of English, verbally and in writing, is a mus
- Be able to shoulder the responsibility of “being in the business”
