We are looking for an experienced product manager to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution for ads product. This role requires strong customer understanding, product thinking & development, and deep experience on online advertising space.
Responsibilities
- Focus on improve Microsoft ad performance and deliver better ROAS to our customers.
- Work with Sales, Engineering and Data Science teams to innovate and propose solutions.
- Explore opportunities and develop product strategy and roadmap based on business requirements.
- Collaborate across organizational boundaries, build experiences our customers will love.
- Incubate, prototype new technology and ideas.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive understanding of the online advertising business, along with a proven track record of successfully monetization products and services.
- 5+ years of experience in developing products from inception to completion, with a focus on the product aspect and a thorough understanding of the business needs.
- Demonstrated expertise in identifying potential market opportunities and successfully launching products that meet market demands.
- Data-driven decision making and ability to thoughtfully experiment.
- Experience working with customers, with ability to deeply understand customer needs and competitive landscape, to achieve the best outcomes for the customer.
- BS/MS Degree, CS or related fields is preferred.
