Job Description:

Manages a team of individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Gathers information on demand for products and services to ensure marketing initiatives align with business expectations. Collaborates with channel and partner marketing teams to define project success metrics and help teams leverage tracking and reporting tools. Audits area processes to streamline activities for effective and efficient operations. Enforces compliance with organizational standards and protocols to guarantee quality and consistency. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within established timelines and budgets. Integrates Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
