职责描述
- 负责合作伙伴/业务渠道的维护和拓展,达成销售目标(以意外健康保险为主)及其他关键绩效指标(如新客户/新业务增长、续保率、Salesforce数据准确性等等)。
- 配合团队进行合作伙伴关系管理,包括目标识别/拓展、初步接洽、方案介绍支持、谈判协助以及新合作伙伴/业务渠道加入与实施的协调工作。
- 进行合作伙伴账户的管理(针对已启动交易),包括合作系统Partner Portal的日常管理及运维问题解决,协调内外部资源确保合作顺利推进。
- 优先支持所在地区的合作伙伴业务拓展,同时作为全国合作伙伴业务发展团队的一员,在需要时协助支持其他区域的合作伙伴机会。
- 了解公司运营流程,确保合作伙伴相关运作符合公司内部程序与合规要求。
任职资格
- 知名院校本科或以上学历。
- 拥有保险生态系统(尤其是意外健康险领域)场景解决方案或咨询式销售的B2B业务支持或拓展经验者。另外在以下任一方向有实践经验者将被重点考虑:1)健康险业务开发或者运营经验;2)再保险业务经验(意外健康险、非车延保);3)互联网保险平台(如流量平台、场景方、科技公司等)的运营或合作拓展经验。
- 优秀的表达、沟通能力,具备协助与高层客户沟通谈判的潜力。
- 具备一定独立处理事务的能力,结果导向,自我驱动力强,同时能在团队环境中高效协作。
- 熟练掌握英语、办公软件(Word、Excel、PowerPoint)和销售管理工具(salesforce)。
