Your Mission

- Provide an effective support for services and equipment front lines through packaging expertise & services, Liaise with central services to extent and enforce collaboration with the regional team

Your Profile
- Min 10 years experience in a packaging related job (customers/R&D)
- Extensive experience in packaging, molds, and line solutions management, with a proven track record of success in a similar leadership role
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive business strategies
- Services orientation & line conversion specificities awareness / Connect local business needs & industry capabilities
- Customers orientation, undertand local market needs in AOA
- Proven ability to drive cost reduction initiatives, business development, and market expansion through innovative approaches
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders
