JoomPro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Now we are looking for a New Merchant Support Specialist to manage all processes from lead identification to continuous relationship management, ensuring merchant success on JoomPro platform.
Responsibilities
- Identify, filter, and validate high-potential merchant leads based on defined criteria
- Effectively present JoomPro's value proposition and key features to encourage merchant registration
- Support new merchants through the full onboarding process, including registration, KYC verification, and training
- Provide clear guidance and support to ensure merchants create high-quality product listings that comply with JoomPro's standards and requirements
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with newly onboarded merchants, acting as their primary point of contact for all onboarding-related inquiries and support
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales and the new merchant management area
- Experience with sales or customer support
- Good communication and sales skills
- Flexibility & adaptability to work autonomously in an uncertain and diversified cultural environment
