Medical Trade Marketing Intern

【工作职责】

• 医学活动管理：协助市场经理完成医务渠道学术推广与非推广活动，协助完成活动的前期准备和后续的跟进与结案流程，深度参与项目的执行与管理。
• 数据分析：承担日常数据汇总任务，包括对渠道项目和会议数据的收集、分析和整理，为团队提供准确的数据支持。
• 三方管理：负责医学学会和三方供应商的管理，包括新增流程管理，审批，核销流程的跟踪和协调。
• 跨团队合作：支持医务渠道营销总部和区域业务，完成内部的项目协调与沟通

【职位要求】

• 本科及以上学历，专业背景不限，医药、市场营销等相关专业背景者优先，有外资药企或相关行业实习经验者优先。
• 工作细致、认真负责，项目管理能力好并具备良好的沟通能力；熟练使用Excel & PPT，掌握基本的公式和数据透视表用法。
• 能够适应英文工作环境，具备英文邮件交流的能力。
• 每周至少出勤四天（可协调），一天可以Home base, 能够持续三个月以上者优先。
• 时间充裕者优先，要求25年1月初能入职。
