What is the job about?
- Analyze the reasons for the failure of pump testing and provide professional solutions
- Evaluate and improve the tester capability to meet product and standard requirements
- Improve tester Safety, FTT and OEE
Your main responsibilities:
- Familiar with testing standards such as ISO 9906, ISO 5199, etc., evaluate and improve the testers capabilities to meet standard requirements.
- Analyze the reasons for the failure of pump testing for normal production orders and provide professional solutions.
- For new developed products, analyze and evaluate testing capabilities in the early stage, and provide professional opinions and solutions; Test and validate new products, analyze deviations during the testing process using quality tools, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
- For FPV orders, evaluate their testing capabilities and provide feedback to the CSU department.
- Coordinate external testing resources for third-party testing of pumps that exceed the capacity of the internal testing platform.
- Coordinate internal and external resources, perform professional maintenance on the testing platform, and ensure accurate, stable, and reliable testing data.
- For pumps with low test pass rates, the 6sigma method can be used for analysis and improvement to enhance FTT.
- Maintain & design production process, lead to the introduction of new machines according to ME S6 process. Familiar with Lean Line Design principles and apply this methodology in new production line design.
- Apply lean production tools such as SW, Yamazumi, VSM, SMED etc. to continuously improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and so on to support sustainability development.
- Make and maintain process documentation (Flow chart/PFMEA/Work instruction/SW) and implement training.
- Create and maintain product route, guarantee accuracy of work center and routing time. Review cycle time/machine time periodically to keep OPR data updated correctly with information in SAP.
- Implement ECM and finish timely and accurately.
What do you need to apply?
We expect you have:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Fluid Machinery and Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and Automation
- At least CET-4 English level, Strong English reading and writing skills, fluent oral English.
- Experience of improvement tools, e g 5S, Six Sigma, Kaizen is plus.
- At least 3-5 years working experience with pump testing background.
- Have rich knowledge and experience of complex project handling in manufacturing.
