About the role
As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting game development with players around the world. You will work closely with both development and publishing teams to define marketing strategies, execute campaigns, and enhance product visibility and player engagement across key markets.

What you will do
- Develop and execute full-cycle marketing strategies in collaboration with publishing teams, tailored to product features and target audiences.
- Manage marketing projects from development to launch, ensuring timely delivery of campaigns across online/offline channels.
- Work closely with product, planning, monetization, and operations teams to align positioning and key messages across all communications.
- Lead content marketing initiatives, including social media operations, community engagement, and influencer partnerships.
- Analyze campaign performance and user feedback, continuously optimizing strategies to improve ROI.
- Drive localized marketing efforts with a global mindset, adapting campaigns to fit cultural and media nuances of each market.

Qualifications
Must Have
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the gaming industry, with proven success in leading full-cycle projects.
- Familiarity with domestic and international marketing practices; experience with successful cross-border campaigns is a plus.
- Strong skills in social media and content planning; familiarity with platforms such as Weibo, Bilibili, Douyin, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and project management abilities.
- Fluent in English for daily communication and reporting.
Nice to Have
- Experience in overseas publishing, localization, or community/content operations.
- Familiarity with user growth strategies and data-driven marketing, including A/B testing and ad performance optimization.
- Passion for music, dance, or content-related creative fields.
- Creative skills such as campaign ideation, scriptwriting, or viral content creation
