Position Overview
GLG is seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B marketer to lead integrated marketing and events content initiatives across Greater China and South Korea. This role combines strategic content development, digital marketing, and event programming to drive client engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation across key markets. The ideal candidate will be a bilingual (Mandarin and Korean) marketing professional with a strong editorial background, digital marketing expertise, and a passion for creating compelling client experiences. This role requires close collaboration with business development, client solutions, and global marketing teams.
This role reports to Vice President of Global Marketing, covering Greater China & South Korea market.
Key Responsibilities:
Content & Campaign Development
- Develop and execute go-to-market messaging and integrated marketing campaigns tailored to Financial Services, Corporates, and Professional Services clients.
- Create and localize content for emails, case studies, websites, social media, and sales materials.
- Curate and produce content for live and virtual events, including roundtables, panels, and thought leadership sessions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify client needs and industry trends to shape relevant marketing strategies.
Marketing Planning & Execution
- Lead the strategic planning and execution of marketing programs in Greater China and South Korea.
- Manage program production timelines and logistics in partnership with operations and business units.
- Ensure high-quality user experience through compelling brand experience and service adoption.
Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Manage digital content production, including SEO optimization, paid search, and social media campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics (email, website, SEO, etc.) to optimize campaigns.
- Maintain and update regional websites and social media platforms.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with business units, central marketing, network operations and external vendors to deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
- Support internal reporting and marketing performance presentations.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in multinational B2B companies.
- Proven experience in content creation, event programming, and digital marketing. Familiar with local marketing channels in both Greater China and South Korea, such as WeChat and Naver.
- Native fluency in Korean and Mandarin (Simplified Chinese) to cover Greater China and South Korea market; strong command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CRM platforms).
- Excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and strategic focus.
